FAQS

Our Cheeses
Are your cheeses made in Greece?
Yes! All of our cheeses are produced in our family-owned dairy in Greece, using traditional methods and local sheep’s and goat’s milk.
What types of cheese do you produce?
We produce authentic Greek Feta (PDO), Graviera, and Kefalograviera under our Tsopanaki brand. Each cheese is made with care, aged naturally, and packed to preserve freshness and flavor.
Do your cheeses contain any preservatives?
No. Our cheeses are made with pure milk, rennet, and salt – no artificial preservatives or additives.
Packaging & Storage
What packaging sizes are available?
We offer various sizes to suit all needs, from 17kg and 8kg tins to smaller 400g and 200g vacuum-sealed packs.
How should I store your cheeses?
Keep them refrigerated at 2–4°C. Once opened, feta should be kept in its brine or lightly salted water to maintain texture and taste.
Are your vacuum-sealed products shelf-stable?
They require refrigeration but are sealed to preserve freshness and extend shelf life.
